And one day she discovered that she was fierce, and strong, and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back because her passion brighter than her fears. - Mark Anthony
One More WREP
As a single mother who loves the Lord, a student in the Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy Program at Abilene Christian University, and a business owner, I work hard not to allow toxic waste to build up anywhere in my life. My reason for radiating is because I choose to push through every season.
Many single mothers unconsciously give their power over to their circumstances. We hold on to baggage from the past and unknowingly allow ourselves to be filled with toxic waste. This toxic waste shows up as unhealthy relationships, unhealthy eating, unhealthy spending, and an overall unhealthy mental state. And I know this because I’ve experienced it. I was just like those mothers until I realized that just like there are seasons with the weather, there are seasons in life. Trouble will not last always and that gives me hope and motivation.
It’s also helped me to let go of things, toxic things that no longer benefit me or my child. And while some seasons are indeed painful and uncomfortable, it’s in these seasons where we can expect to grow the most. It was during the tough times when I learned that I had to take actions to live an all-around healthier lifestyle.
When I focus on being healthy reaching my goals and turning my dreams into reality becomes more achievable. My motto for my business is I can. I will. I win. And I choose to stand by that everyday.

Our Greatest Fear - Marianne Williamson
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of
God that is within us.
It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.
